Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the application ("App") operated by STRYDD Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you do not have permission to access the App.

1. Subscription Services

1.1 Subscription Model

The app offers a subscription-based service ("Pro Subscription") that provides access to premium features including AI-tailored resumes, personalized cover letters, and interview preparation.

1.2 Subscription Terms

  • Pro Subscription is billed on a monthly basis.

  • Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

  • Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase

1.3 Free Trial

If offered, any free trial period will be specified at sign-up. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

 

2. User Accounts

2.1 Account Creation

You may be required to create an account to use certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.

2.2 Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information to keep it accurate and complete.

3. User Content

3.1 Content Ownership

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display your User Content in connection with the services provided by the App.

3.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. We do not endorse any User Content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws

  • Violate or infringe other people's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights

  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App

  • Use the App to generate spam, unsolicited communications, or fraudulent materials

 

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 App Content

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by STRYDD Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5.2 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use only, subject to these Terms.

 

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

6.1 "As Is" Basis

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

6.2 No Guarantees

While we strive to provide helpful tools and resources, we do not guarantee that use of our App will result in employment offers or specific job application outcomes.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 No Liability

In no event shall STRYDD Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

 

8. Changes to Terms

8.1 Updates

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

 

9. Privacy Policy

9.1 Data Practices

10. Termination

10.1 Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
